50 ml Darroze Grand Assemblage 20 years old
20 ml orange juice
10 ml sugar
30 ml sweetened milk Oolong tea
Shake all the ingredients and double strain in a cocktail glass. Attach a square of chocolate to the rim of the glass.
Darroze Cocoa butter washed: Melt 200 grams of cocoa butter in a bain marie, add 700 ml of Darroze and let it infuse for 2 hours.then put everything in the freezer until the cocoa butter become hard. Break the butter and strain the liquid through muslim cloth and bottle it.
Sweetened Milk oolonge tea: put 25 grams of tea and 50 grams of caster sugar into 1 litre of boiling water. Let it infuse for 5 minutes.Strain and bottle it.
