Yet another estate whose entire production is sold by Darroze. Unlike the majority of the armagnacs in our ageing cellar, produced using the baco grape, Roumats armagnacs are 100% Saint Emilion (also known as Ugni Blanc in the Cognac region). This gives them a singular profile : from floral and white fruit aromas in the early years, evolving to rather more exotic notes (banana, mango, vanilla), these armagnacs are elegant and distinguished after 20 years of ageing.
