What you’ll need: a long drink glass, a spoon
4cl 8 years old Grand Assemblage Darroze Armagnac
3cl grapefruit liqueur
2cl lime juice
1cl sugar syrup
Pour all the ingredients except the tonic in the ice-filled glass.
Stir with the spoon and add the tonic.
Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and a straw.
