The Early Bird

What you’ll need: shaker, spoon, strainer, Martini glass

Ingredients: 

Earl grey black tea

5 cl. Blanche d’armagnac – Folle blanche

3 cl. Lemon juice

2 teaspoons of bitter orange marmelade

Orange Peel

 

Let 1 teaspoon of tea infuse in 5cl Blanche d’Armagnac.

Put the marmelade in the shaker then add all the ingredients.

Stir with a spoon then fill with ice and shake vigorously and until the shaker is frosted.

Strain into a martini glass to avoid dilution and garnish with the orange peel.
