The Pêcher Mignon

What you’ll need: spoon, long drink glass (tumbler)

Ingredients

4 cl Blanche d’armagnac – Ugni Blanc

2 cl. peach liqueur or creme

1 cl.  lemon syrup

2cl. lime juice

Ginger beer

Pour all the ingredients except for the ginger beer into the ice-filled glass.

Stir with a spoon and top up with the ginger beer.

Garnish with mint leaves and a lime peel.
