The armagnacs from Château la Bataille are all from the village of le Frêche, a sort of armagnac production hotspot, thanks to its fine terroirs. These armagnacs are aged at Château la Bataille, surrounded by farms going by the names of Tambourin, Qui-vive, Sentinille, Bataillon (Chateau La Bataille played an important role during the invasion by the English). A noble armagnac, one might say!
