Description :
The first owner of Domaine de Mahu was Amédé Dupont, in 1884. The first grape harvest dates from 1900. There was some distillation carried out between 1900 and 1936, but only intermittently. Raoul inherited the estate in 1936 and decided to distill the entire wine production, every year. Domaine de Mahu thus became one of the best known and respected estates of the area. The Dupont family no longer own the estate.
