Description :
M. Deyres distills his entire production, which we then bring to our cellars.  They spend the first 3-4 years of ageing in new casks to enable them to acquire as much tannin as possible.  They are then transferred to older casks where these tannins will soften.  This estate is located in the heart of the ‘Grand Bas Armagnac’, where the best Bas Armagnacs are to be found.  It’s a Darroze exclusive, insofar as the entire production is distilled under our supervision, then aged in our cellars and proposed to our cllients much later.  M. Jean-Luc Deyres also looks after his fathers estate.
